The management & staff are useless and never follow through on anything. Their style is to make you feel like you are imposing on them and to keep passing the blame for any lack of responsibility. It's really a shame this place is in such bad hands and from the top down and their blatant lack of response is very unprofessional - they may smile and say we'll get right on that but then 6 months of repeating your request goes by and still nothing happens AND you've received EVERY EXCUSE in the book - they just keep passing the blame on to saying its up to Laura -the property manager -and you NEVER get a call from Laura - unless I've been told, if her staff has lost you're rent check - then its amazing how fast Laura responds.

Last Sept Diane had scheduled long overdue work to be done in my apt while I was on vacation to atone for several lease "incentives" I never received and when I returned Diane was gone and nothing had been done in my apt. It has been like pulling teeth to get the new staff to reschedule the work order to refresh the paint and replace the old carpet (over 5 yrs old per CA law and it was not new when I moved in). I am completely disgusted with Laura's management and her staff's lack of service & decent courtesy towards good tenants like myself of 5 yrs & counting - this place has most definitely lost the customer care and class it once had - now the cost keeps going up and the service keeps going down. I do NOT recommend this place unless you're upgrading from a slum lord.
