I love my little apartment with a patio facing the wooded area. Its very private. So far all our neighbors have been great except for a few. Pretty normal. Major reason I would not live here is the parking situation. If you are a couple with two vehicles....Forget it. If your single with one car its great. There is a major parking situation and the management has know about it for a long time. Most days either I or my husband have to park out side of the complex and there for have already got a hit and run with major damage to one of our cars. Single pane windows is another factor, its very cold in the winter time, and very hot in the summer and I have an apartment the barely gets any sun. Good luck and I hope this helps you find the right apartment. Pretty pricey for what your getting.

I agree 100% with you. I have been here six years and we are trying to move soon. Just this morning I discovered someone had hit my car and not left a note, again, (this is the third time). Another thing to consider is that the appliances are very old and mold has been plaguing us for years. Of course the apartment knows and continues to blow us off. All things aside, it comes down to cost and it is too much money for what you are getting.
