1 - The Parking: It used to be where parking was more convienent for most tenants. When someone moved, you would request their spot and that was great... Kind of like a senority thing for the long-term residents that stay on. I think that is fair. As of last year they moved everyone's parking place quite a ways from their apt where you are literally walking past other tenants that are parked by your place and you are parked closer to theirs. There are MANY residents who are disappointed in this. Since this is happening... tenants choose to park in a visitor apot closer to their apt (and there are not many)which takes those few spaces up - so that if there are 2 residents to an apt, one car ususally ends up parking lot and making the long hike in to your apt.

2 - Appliances: Yes, you do have a washer and dryer, but they are very old and if you request newer ones that actually work as fast as they should (dryer especially) they will just come and fiddle around with it you are stuck with it.

3 - Maitenance: The main maintenance person (Robbie) is obviously not to enthused with his job. He is slow to fix things and gripes about it many times.

OTHERWISE, it is a beautifull community to live in.

Could not have nothave said it better myself. Its kind of ridiculous when you live at the top of the complex and someone else lives near the bottom and you have to pass each other to get to your vehicle. There was NO logic in the parking change!!!! Also, the turn around there is incredible. No one stays long here at all. Shoddy applicances. You think they would upgrade some things!
