Do not rent this one I lived there for 20 months
They charge high rental fee but low service
you can find manager only on 1st day of every month-payday
a lot of units got break in and they just did nothing
and most redicura is whatever you paid for deposit
when you move out they will create enough

Parking and staff. If you own two cars better get to walking. They just reduced the guest parking yet again. From six parking stalls to three as of Aug.18, 2008. Parking in the street is just as bad when only five cars can park in front of the building and thats if they park bumper to bumper.

Bad Management Very bad management which we never seen in our life. These are 40-50 year old apartment which obiviousy need maintainence time to time but everytime most of the tenant face trouble to get it done. Management is not co-operative at all. Also, behave badly.

Not good. Lousy mangagement. One of the mangers lied about the rent,charging us much higher that stated on the brochure.Also it is incredibly noisy here especially if you live on the first floor. The cries of infants ring incessantly throughtout the night.
