know your rights they just made big changes like changed the pool and front entrance lock and now selling keys for 3 bucks, reducing parking space, reducing the 5 day grace period and charging you 50 bucks for late payment and requiring california ID to rent an apartment that quite frankly

Definitely the only Luxury Apartment in the area Great location, Very quiet and clean and the staff is just awesome. This apartment also has the largest square footage in the area. I got one with a huge private backyard and they have full amenities from pools, gym, clubhouse and spa
