My experience at Delta Pointe. You be the Judge! - I stayed for a year and just moved out last month. Delta Pointe is so-so. Its Pretty good - I like the apartments. It is a very safe neighborhood for kids their is 2 pools a weight room and plenty of help for the maintenance the parking is a little hectic since their are very few spots for visitors. My experience at Riverfront - I was going to respond to all the negative reviewers individually, but they are so fictionalized it doesn't warrant that attention. The grounds have become increasingly dirty. There is garbage everywhere. You cant walk on the grass anywhere in the complex as it is covered in dog poo.
