I lived at these apartments for nearly six years - The place isn't bad. I lived here for nearly six years raising my little family. The on-site management are really nice and friendly. My wife and I moved in in 2003 because it had inexpensive rent and wasn't a hole like the rest of the apartments were in Sacramento for that price range. I had an issue and even though the security people where not on duty yet the owner of Protec came out and took care of the problem then when our guy came on duty he came and checked on me.
