EXPENSIVE PLACE TO LIVE - I have a town home and I pay 938 a month. At least that is what I though. They charge additional fees for about everything you can imagine. Bill for water, sewage, trash removal, gas that is used to heat just water, and several one time service charges to open accounts. This place finds every little way to charge you for something.
