Happy Resident - These apartments are not as bad as everyone makes them out to be. I have been a resident for about 6 months. Moving in was a very smooth transaction. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I dealt a lot with Kristen and she was very knowledgable and made me feel welcome at all times. Not the best but, if you are in need affordable and great amentities. - I think the manager overall Trene Tennessee is great and she has totally made a difference in the community. The apartments are not the best but with her being a manager I feel safe to let my kids play outside.
