Best value in pocket - The property is actually very beautiful with some huge trees. The place is definitely built in the 60s but they are remodeling the interiors. Maybe pay an extra $25 a month but you will get an up to date apartment. And they are remodeling their laundry rooms too with all new machines so no more broken machines!!! Nice quiet apartment and coneviently located to several shopping centers - I have lived here for over 10 years. It is a quiet apartment mainly because working adults live in the one bedroom apartments. I especially like the gated parking lots and key-less card reader building entries.
