convenient location, great management - I've lived here for a couple of years now and love it. While there are a few problems, I think that these problems are probably faced by most renters anywhere: -Parking: Only one space per apartment or town home and limited spaces within gated area. Not much they can do about that since the property cannot be expanded due to being sandwiched between a business complex and another apt ...Full review of Estates at Wilhaggin

Way worth the price - I have a shared lease with my roommate, with a two bed/two bath apartment. Yes, the parking is awful, but if you don't leave valuables out, things don't seem to be too bad. My boyfriend parked on the street, and left his door unlocked (stupid) and so much was taken, but thankfully nothing of value. Ontenesha is amazing, and on top of everything. I had a problem ...Full review of Woodlake Close Apartments

Love this Place! - The location of this aparmtment is great. It's a short walk from work, and a relatively short bike ride for groceries. The manager, Diana, is extremely responsive. In the two years I've been there, any type of concern has been addressed within a day or so. Plus, if people are being too loud, she typically goes out and talks to them before anyone actually complains! ...Full review of Capitol View Apartments

Great experience with some problems - We live here in the late 90s and both loved and hated it. Loved the cool old building, the apartment was nice, being close to so many cool things in Sac was great. But there is zero dedicated parking and it is very noisy night and day in any apartment that faces a street. I can't tell you how many parking tickets I got on the street. There is a close parking lot behind the ...Full review of Clarendon House

Fish out of water - Mallard creek is that, in an area of high population density it is inevitable to have problems with crime and neighbors. The grounds are nice, but keep everything out of your car at night because the complexes on the other side of the street are not the same as Mallard Creek to be sure. Management is great, there is a groundsmen out early every morning sweeping leaves, minuscule ...Full review of Mallard Creek Apartments
