Great building, horrible location

I lived here for a year and agree with the other reviews and comments.

Pros:
High quality building, construction
Security
Concierge
Maintenance
Clean

Cons:
No pool
location
No bbq but you can smoke cigs in the courtyard

It's a decent value but it's not very enjoyable living in there. Definitely feels like living in a hotel.
