Bar none - By far the very best apartment I have ever rented!
This place rents to polititians from the Capitol, and professional athletes from the Sacramento Kings basketball, so you can imagine the upscale quality here to attract such clientele.
Outstanding condominium-grade construction.
Each building has only 8 units; four on each of two floors, and each unit is a "corner" unit. About the quietest place I have rented in a long time.
Full-sized washer & dryer in every unit.
Very nice Olympic-sized pool with BBQ units. Well equiped work-out area and nice 6-person outdoor jacuzzi.
Beautiful grounds with manicured lawns and plenty of mature trees to shade during the hot months, and attract lots of song-birds. Convienient to I-80 and I-5, and two really great shopping malls within 3 miles and 7 miles.
They had a great Christmas party in the clubhouse that was fully catered, and completely paid for by the management!
Wish I didn't have to leave after only 10 months.
