When I lived there the staff at Adagio was always professional and friendly. They had wonderful get-togethers for the residence. The overall look of Adagio is beautiful, but the shrubbery tends to get a little out of hand and the walkways get flooded. The residence tend to be a bit snobby and the bug problem was appalling. Although they sent the pest control to my apartment each time they were requested, the bugs never seemed to go away. If you don't sign up with a lease, you can count on the rent being increased on a yearly basis by 10%. I finally had to move. Although I loved Adagio while I was there, I couldn't reccommend it, too expensive and god help you if you live downstairs.
