If u don't, think about other place.

The place sucks. Security is terrible.

I got someone broke into my car that was parked inside the gate. And the manager said they are gonna charge me with the remote that was stolen inside the car rather than change all the remote.

The gate is opened during the night very often. No one knows because it's broken or what.

Make sure u go back to ur house before 10:00pm if u are the one who part the second car in ur house. The parking situation is totally unacceptable. Can u imagine u got home at 1:00am and need to sit in ur car and wait for a parking place...that sucks.

Also, the management team tricks u to get in. They will never mention about all this problems. Once u get in, u trapped. And after the lease term, if u don't go by another L-T lease, and by month-to-month, they will raise ur rent.

This 'rating' is reflects the lack of education of the poster. The usage says it all. The post is completely untrue.
