Love this place - have lived in many apartments and as far as apartment living goes it is the best. Feels like Las Vegas with the palm trees on hot summer nights by the pool. The people are generally nice but keep to themselves which I find preferable to everyone trying to be in your business. It's expensive for Sacramento but worth it. You get what you pay for in life.
