On the whole, this is a decent complex, but don't trust anything the office staff says. They quite confidently told me that high speed internet access is available, when in fact it isn't. I also have serious doubts about some other representations which can't be easily checked, such as the age of the complex.
Still, there are some good points. It's quiet and seems safe. The garages are a nice feature (but large vehicles like SUVs, minivans or Crown Victorias won't fit - they're compact garages). The facilities are clean and well-maintained.
On the other hand, the floorplans have some problems, like obstrustively placed doors, strange locations for light switches, and an unfortunate lack of built-in lighting. Another negative is that the grounds staff doesn't have much interest in picking up trash. Also, while the post office delivers mail, it won't pick up your outgoing letters (at least there's a public mailbox across the street).
Bottomline: Adagio is probably among the better apartments in Sacramento, but only because the city is dominated by slums. On a national level, it's substantially below average.

Adagio is NOT substantially below average, I think it's the person who wrote the review that IS below average!
