Great place to live compared with others

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I have lived here almost a year and a half and found that it is nice. There are not a lot of feral kids that plague other places, and it is well-kept up.
The only complaint is that there was a guy playing basketball and bouncing it loudly at 6:00 in the morning. However, he did that three days and has not done it since. (That is a oxymoronic example of how a person can be both inconsiderate and punctual.)
The parking spots are quite small too, but you do get a garage.
Seriously, it is a great place to live and the good reviews are well-deserved. Staff have been here for ages, and that says something good.
