I live at Adadio, have for 7 months. All my requests have been responded to promptly. The apt is clean and property is lovely. It is wooded and with that come birds and insects, however, I can't support the other writers statements about rodents. The ladies at the management team are concerned about complaints and work promptly to resolve them. They go out of their way, including bringing packages into my apt at my request and helping to set up housekeeping. They attempt to excel and in my opinion they do. The spa and pool are clean and well maintained. The gates have never stopped working and my entrance buzzer has never failed. For the price, it is an outstanding choice in apartments. The privacy afforded renters is the best.

This is quite contrary to what I have experienced at Adagio. I find the management leasing office staff to be unbelievable rude regarding any and all issues brought to them. They attempted to hide a violent gun shooting in Adagio parking lot on 6/13/08 instead of addressing serious safety issues. Poor working appliances. . .I had no heat during the winter of 2008 for over a week and had to threaten media attention to get any results.
