I seriously have never seen so many sex-offenders (check megans law on that one), tweaks/crackheads, and indigents piled into such a small place. The management is horrible n the manger herself is a tweak - theres constant crime going on, open drug deals at the gate, and the management on the other side (adgacent apartments harrass the tenants in alpine brutally.
