its definately over priced not just because of the outside appearence but because above me, to my right, to my left, and behind me, if one neighbor isn't arguing then it's the next one, constant drama and noise! the walls are so thin i can't stand it, and it always sounds like these people are moving around there furniture everyday and running into walls, since its a bunch of drug addicts around here it probably isn't unlikely... managers are nice, maintenence is good i think, they are friendly and laid back and get things done on time, it's not the best area but i wouldn't say i felt unsafe over here, but it's definatley the hood...
