It is a cheap place and you get (I guess) what you pay for. There are a lot of kids running around with diapers that need to be changed, as well as a number of rude tennants who drive through the parking lot with their ghetto music very loud.
The pool could be cleaner, but other than that the place is ok. Updates to the carpeting and/or cabinets would be nice, but it's not like you are living on J street or something.
People tended to remove others clothing when the wanted to use the washing machines, and very often, I would find big hairs in my clothing after doing the laundry. They could keep the washing and drying machines a tad cleaner.
