Don't move here!!! The rent is low, but you get what you pay for. Sacramento has a low vacancy rate and people have trouble finding apartments, but this complex offers a $100 bonus if you can get a friend to move in. (That must tell you something.)There has been a new manager for several months, and she is tough, and has made a lot of improvements. The loud music at night has been cut down to a minimum. But I think a lot of undesireables slipped in under the previous manager. This is a gated apartment. But everyone is afraid to enforce the rules. Half the time the person yelling at you to open the the gate actually lives here (or is squatting illegally), but won't pay the $25 to get an extra gate card. And if they don't live here, they eventually get in any way, and they yell at you or threaten you at a later date. So everybody gets in. The tennants are loud and surly, but what do you expect for this rent' The lighting isn't great, and it gets a little creepy late at night. I once saw a man urinating against the wall of the complex. You can hear everything. The walls are thin. I don't open my windows at night, because I can hear the man across the way dying of emphasema. The more I think about it- this place is lousy, and I should move out!
