I've been here for about a year now and I have never had any issue. Sure everywhere you go you're going to have parking problem, but you have to remember problem like that can't easily be fix. Then again, I don't have a care; so it doesn't bother me. I like living here because the staff take care of their residents' need. Whenever I have a problem in my apartment, they took care of it right away. I attend Sac State and since I don't have a car, this is a perfect location for me because Hornet Express is right outside the manager's office. People shouldn't be so bitter just because they are not happy with who they are. Slandering other people or their product will not eliminate the the personal problems. All in all, I would recommend that people that are looking for an apartment, especially students to check out Alpine Terrace.The community and the staff are not as bad as others made them out to be.
