Okay, read the reviews. The 9-27-05 seemed closest. I've been here over a year now, and it is, at best, mediocre. Why have a camera over the gate if you don't use it to get the punks who keep breaking the gate' Why penalize long-term residents by cutting in half the laundry room hours, just because they don't want to hire on-site managers, etc., to keep an eye on things' Talked to the last major handy man to leave here, they were going to pay minimum only and still charge for an apartment ... how exactly was he to get ahead' Minimum wage w/an apartment is marginally okay, everything else is just taking advantage. Too many examples of attempting to save funds by not being long-term in their vision. If it was me, the cameras over the gates would get used to get rid of those who vandalized, etc., even IF it meant getting rid of a paying tenant. And get a manager AND a handyperson to live onsite to watch over stuff. And take ACTION against those who violate the rules! This used to be a safe gate community according to some, having that come back would get people back here again. Instead, the sellers ran leaving problems, and the new people don't seem aware of what to do. As that earlier review said, it's a renter's market, I'm going to start looking elsewhere. There still has to be quality in town somewhere.

Thank goodness they have that on-site manager. She stopped people from jumping the gate or leaving it open. I like it better now!
