Bad Service and Poor Management

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
My wife and I moved out after 6 months due to poor customer service and management. Ever since we moved out, there has been 3 different managers. Recently, I found out, another investor bought them out and still, the service is bad. Currently, we are filing lawsuit against the property management due to unauthorized billings and damages/stains that was already there in the first place.
