I have felt safe in this place. I like the fact that there is no assign parking. I feel comfortable here.

I have felt safe here too. Years ago. Not now with people taking over the swimming pool/laundry room area after dark, leaving/wedging the gates/doors open, etc. I recently noticed they don't do a good job of picking up around here anymore, there's been a chicken leg from a barbeque weeks ago lying in a sprinkler puddle ever since, and corn cobs thrown under the bushes. Even tho they're told not to, the residents still bbq on their landings, etc. Not as good as it used to be. That there's no assigned parking means when the kids have a party, you can't find parking here. Sooner or later, I bet there's a shooting.
