I HAVE BEEN HERE ALMOST TWO YEARS WITH TWO DIFFERENT OWNERS AND 5 DIFFERENT MANAGERS. NEW OWNERS; --------- FAMILY- JUST LIKE THE LAST NAME 'PURE EVIL-DOERS". DURING MY TENURE; INCLUDING MY APARTMENT; 8 UNITS HAVE BEEN BURGLARIZED, 6 CARS STOLEN, 23 CARS BROKEN INTO. DRUG DEALERS & DRUG USERS COME AND GO. UNTIL I RELOCATE, I STAY ON ALERT 24/7. LOCAL SHERIFF DEPARTMENT IS AWARE OF THE PROBLEMS AND HUMAN RIGHTS/FAIR HOUSING STAFF WELL AWARE OF OWNERS' ATTITUDE. HIGH TURNOVER-WITH HIGH EVICTION RATE. AS IT IS KNOWN;" BUYER BEWARE", IN THIS CASE;" RENTER BEWARE". ---------S OWN ABOUT 12 OTHER APARTMENTS IN THE AREA MAKE SURE YOU ASK ABOUT OWNERS BEFORE YOU RENT.
