I've lived here for 3 years and was thinking about moving last year due to the noise. But it is honestly really quiet here now and I love the Courtyard! There used to be this one young lady with her boyfriend and a baby. There was a loud party every night it seemed, really out of control! I couldn't wait for my lease to end at the time. But it made the world of a difference when she finally left. I'm not sure if she was evicted or what. Everyone is really friendly here and I've never had any issues with maintenance or the office staff. I pretty much keep to myself. I have no plans of leaving anytime soon. The rent is low and my apartment is nice and spacious.

There apartments here are run-down and haven't been renovated in years. Tenants blast there rap music at all hours of the day and you can never sleep. Parking is the pits, and only 5-6 visitor parking spots for a 109 unit place are available, and tenants are the ones who usually claim them since parking spots are in such high demand. Management fills you with promises and never follows through, they will tell you what you want to hear to make you stay and then make it worse for you. Please stay away from this horrible place. It's not worth your time, energy, or money.
