What are you willing to sacrifice' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I lived in the studio, which at one time was a storage place (I am guessing). The Garbage disposal has not worked since I moved in here and I have been here for 6 months. The toilet constantly runs. There is a HUGE INSECT PROBLEM. Spiders, flies and other unknown creepy crawly things. The apartments are old and need to be remodeled. There are gaps in the window where the screen and the window sill don't meet, cracks on the wall and small gaps where the linoleum and the floor are worn and don't meet. Fridge doesn't keep anything cold. reported this to management 3 or more times and couldn't get the problem resolved. That may be because we have had 3 managers in 6 months. If you have 1 car, there is assigned parking but this did not help me because when I came home from work in the middle of the night there was ALWAYS someone else in my parking place. There are no "extra" parking spaces in the complex so you can either call the tow truck and hope that they come or park on the street. I am glad my lease is up soon and I will be free of this place. The only good thing about it is that it is relatively quiet.
