A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE From: sactenant2007 Date posted: 4/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2007   I have lived in Amber Park Apartments for 6 1/2 years. I have always felt safe and content in all regards to apartment living. The long time apartment managers are top notch in handling any and all concerns, very professional and really nice people too. Good schools. Easy access to freeways. Shopping and buslines are close by. Close to American River College. We are leaving only because we have to relocate due to work. If you're looking for a safe environment, good neighbors and property management that respects your comfort level and your rights as a tenant, this is the place to live.
