We've lived here 3 years! From: Zabicrs@hotmail.com Date posted: 5/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   We've lived here for 3 years and never had a problem with Management, maintenance or anything else. Our son has lived here for over 10 years and recomended it to us. With the exception of 1 year, in which the usual manager was out ill, management has been very good at keeping the complex clean, well lighted, safe and just all out a good family oriented HOME. Maintenance is there on the same day, does the work quickly and competently, with the exception of the 1 year mentioned above. The manager, Glenneva, is competent, business like, knows how to get things accomplished and good with people. If I owned an apartment complex I would want her to manage it for me. The guy with the bad comment in 2006 was here when Glenneva was out sick and had one of the incompetent tempory managers. I'm sorry that he had such a bad time.
