Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1999
Although it was many years ago that I lived there (1999), I remember it as being a nice place to live. Quiet. That lady manager that others have mentioned was there at the time and I found her to be strict. She kept the place clean and tried to keep "riff-raff" types out. She had a rust colored chevrolet celebrity and would often drive around and around the complex sort of like she was "on patrol". Comical, but apparently effective. I didn't like the maintenance guy, but then again, things hardly ever broke in my unit.
If you were one day late in paying your rent, the manager would often say that she received it "last nite" so you wouldn't get a late fee.
Too bad I had to move back to Southern California.
