new apt. manager is an idiot

i heard lots of bad things about this place when we moved in, but a new manager was here and then things started to change. And then without warning our polite, responsive manager was moved to another complex and we got the biggest, laziest, most incompetent, snobby, "I can't work a phone", moron that has ever walked the earth. My cat would do a better job. Only one of the leasing agents has a clue on how to do her job. The complex looks nice with the trees and landscaping, but it is a huge pain in the ass to live here
