I lived in this apartment complex for about 6 months and had almost nothing but problems from them. We had broken, poorly wired telephone outlets and carpeting that wasn't attached to the floor in the closet, neither of which was ever taken care of by matinence, as well as the lack of their ever changing security force. The grounds keepers seem to feel the only appropriate time to work is at dawn and the staff is 'less then helpful.' I have been out of the apartment for 4 months now and have yet to recieve my deposit, and they have given nothing but excuses as to why all the time. I finally had to go through their owners to get anything done, and that was still a week and a half ago with no deposit. Their office hours are short and they are frequently 'out to lunch' without returning at the appointed time and when you do get a hold of them you are delt with in a snobbish manner. The grounds are pretty but thats about the best they have going for them but the buildings care is minimal, the paint is chipping, the carpet is coming up, and the elevators weren't safe at all. Moving in was quite a chore, as the small elevator won't hold anything of size and the stairs curve around and up leaving you to turn multiple corners per level. All in all I have very little good to say about my experience here and if you are looking I would suggest going elsewhere.
