Why American River Commons is a joke.

1.It took three years to paint the complex.
2.The manager will not respond to a complait about her staff.
3.She verbally attacks residents who complain to the owner about her.
4.The owner is a church group that doesn't care about the residents to follow up on the terrible job ------------- does there.
5.The elevators do not have permits, but they have racist grafitti (which the manager said I did, but it was there when I moved in)
6.The maintainance tries to kill you, if they even respond to a request.
7.------------- does nothing to protect her residents.
8. Cars get broken into every week.
9.There is mold in the apartments.
10. If you can reach the owner, he will ridicule you.

"tries to kill you"? What the hell does that mean? For God's sake people, I appreciate you leaving your opinions hear, but help those of us prospective tenants by making sense!
