I have spoken with the manager that everyone else is referring to and I have had the same experience. She does NOT belong in this line of work! When I approached her with my problem she didn't know what the hell she was talking about! Fortunately, there are a couple of nice girls that do know what they are doing and can help you if you need it. Other than that, don't expect anything other than a stupified and confused look from the manager, even when only discussing a simple maintenance! The grounds are nice and maintenance is quick and parking is plentiful. I have had my car broken in twice, but it is much less than any other complex I lived in around this area. But rent is cheap and close to Sac State, I would still recommend (just don't talk with the manager!)
