Pretty Good Overall

This complex is pretty good overall. The grounds are really nice (great for dogs), the pools are always clean, very minimal noise (if any). Maintenence response is pretty immediate. Nice updated kitchens with lots of cabinet space. Safe neighborhood for yourself (although not so much for your car). Close enough to CSUS to bike there.
The downsides are: cars get broken into every 3-6 months or so. (just don't leave obvious stuff inside, or have a stereo system without a detachable faceplate and you're fine), also the washers/dryers go out of order ALOT, but there are a lot of them so it's not too bad.
Overall, I would like to find a place like this when we have to move in a month.
