I was amazed by some of the comments. My experience at American River Apartments has been awesome. The staff has been fantastic both in the office and is always quick to respond when I have had to call them. The area is really nice and the grounds are always clean. I don't have any problems with the parking and enjoy the location. The pool areas are always clean too and I like that there is more than one in the summer. I would recommend them to any of my friends. Plus, I like my neighbors!
