American River Commons is an okay place to live. The landscaping is beautiful, the pools are well maintained, the gym is large (for an apartment complex) and has a good variety of machines. The staff is wonderful - definitely the best staff I've come across so far.

Drawbacks are somewhat shoddy apartment maintenance, poor construction, and noise.
