There are many different apt and building types in this complex, so perhaps that accounts for the various experiences. I have a designated parking space, and never hear noise from my neighbor, I like having forced air A/C instead of wall unit. What surprises me most is the comments about management: they are friendly and professional; any problems I have had have been fixed within 24hrs; the grounds and pools are very clean; people who work here seem happy. People who live here are friendly and respectful of others; there is a nice mix of students, singles and families.
On the down side: crime is a real issue. I wish the management would spend less on grounds maintenance (those guys are always out there with some noisemaker trimming, or blowing, or mowing)and more on security. I think the only other solution is to make the complex gated. I also wish they would heat the main pool in early and late summer to extend its season a bit. And I think the complex is a bit overpriced.
