The management is very poor. Staff is not in office during posted hours. Maintainence calls are answered after 4-5 days of waiting or constant reminding. The workout room equipment in always under repair. The spa temperature is either too hot or too cold.
The assistant manager does not have the courtesy to smile at residents when passing them around the property. Certainly, a waste of your $$$ to pay rent and live here.
