Though the rent is reasonable, it is not a safe place to live by any means. My roommate was robbed at gunpoint about 7 months ago just 10 feet from our front door. The gates are always broken so the low lifes down the street can just come in. My car was recently broken into in the underground parking. There is no security. The rent a cop car drives by probably twice a night. Even stranger, the other day I took out my trash and accidently hit a homeless man sitting in the dumpster with my trashbag!!! Yes that's right! Oh and since they are condos now there are so many ridiculous HOA rules. No windchimes, no potted plants outside and many other stupid little things. Apparently the owner's $200 a month goes toward coming up with these stupid rules rather than the safety and security of its residents. Definitely look elsewhere!!!

I agree on the security. There should be a cop here all night, especially if the gate is broke, which isn't too often. The neighborhood is kinda scary, but they seem to leave us alone. I have been here over a year and have never had a problem with either of my cars. People do come in and look for recycleables and I have hit someone in the dumpster. It's not bad, but I would not go walking around at night outside of the gates.
