When we lived in this complex the only problems we had were with neighbors, ants and parking. The maintenance staff was often speedy and courteous and repairs were always done right the first time. The management was helpful and pleasant and the grounds are beautiful. The grounds are also conveniently located by shopping centers, bus lines, fast food restaraunts, a fire station and Highway 50. It's a gated community and very well taken care of. The apartments were spacious (depending on how many bedrooms) but in my opinion were a little pricy...but well worth it if you're looking for something that isn't considered a "dump." The complex has a huge swimming pool, spa, barbeque areas, basketball courts and a fitness room...great amenities for summer activities or active people! I'd recommend these apartments to people who were looking for a great place to live.
