They are a little pricey, and the dwellings are small, but they are very nice and quiet. At least until I got a new neighbor, and they are horrific people. Its shocked because all the way through my lease everything here was superb.
I also have to say that I was not happy that I was not informed I would have to pay for my water and garbage until I was ready to sign the lease. Not cool, but I let it go since the complex was very nice.
