I moved into Arbor Pointe in Aug '04 and am still living here. Overall I have been happy until about the last 8 months. Not only has one of our cars been vandilized but another was recently stolen. The securiy is non-existant. The gates are keep open during the day and are easily pulled open. Numerous visitors know the security code for the gate. There are teenagers using drugs in the parking lot, people going thru the dumpsters at all hours, and inconsiderate, loud neighbors. You can hear your neighbors phone ring, television and martial activities in your. Overall the apartment is nice. The heating/AC doesn't work very well, you do have to run the AC all day and night during the summer. The the majority of the management is very nice and helpful, they are willing to work with you. The maintence is prompt when needed. During the summer the pool is over run with kids, so you really can't enjoy a quiet. There are cats all over the place, too!!
