Although the apartment was clean, it was small for the amount of money you had to pay. Also, my car was broken into twice while I lived there (in the middle of the day!), I had to call the police on suspicious guys running around the complex at 4 in the morning, casing cars (walking around them, bumping them for an alarm test, all while dressed completely in black), AND my neighbor below me had someone break into his place at 11 o'clock at night. All I got from management after all these incidents occurred were "sorry". No increase in security at all. They even removed our home alarm keypads so that we couldn't arm our homes with security systems anymore!
After a year and a half of dealing with this, management rewarded me by trying to increase my rent $120!! Needless to say, the entire complex's residents were all moving out for the same reasons when I finally bailed. Never again.
