I lived at Arbor Point for three years and was satisfied. The apartments and grounds are adequite for what they cost. I had a few maintenance issues, but most were relativley minor and were resolved within 24 hours of placing a request. The only major issue was plumbing related, and the handyman responded in less than a half hour.

The area is generally safe, but there have been a few property crimes. The access to stores and resteraunts is good.

Moving out was painless. I even recieved more of my deposit than I was expecting and it was done in a timely manner.
