Facilities maintained on the cheap From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/3/2001 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2001   Water service out several days--corroded pipes-for 2 whole buildings. One laundryroom for whole complex of 5 3-story bldgs. The main driveway too narrow in places for 2 cars to drive past each other. The entrance is off a busy street where an accident could easily happen.
