The good:
The apartments are spacious in this gated community. Each apartment has a fenced porch area and the complex is in a conveinent location, right behind the arden fair mall, and near highway 80. Problems are usually fixed as soon as managment is made aware of them, and staff is friendly and flexible.
The Bad:
Sometimes you have to deal with mall traffic but I've never found it that annoying. Since I have lived here though my car was broken into, my cat hit by a car, and one apartment went up in flames due to a tenant caused fire.
I found it nice and convienent while I've been here but I'm moving now and glad about that too.
