Beautiful, spacious ghetto

This apartment is roomy and quiet, with a lot of closet space. Those are the pros.
The cons are a little more. There is no dishwasher. It's in a bad area (there are drug deals going on a lot and the cops are always there for something.) When your guests come to visit there is only street parking (I suggest they have an alarm or a viscious dog if they are going to park there.) It's run down (my toilet actually was leaking on my downstairs neighbor-and I don't mean the water.) There were 2 fires while I was there. Also, there is alot of mall traffic that comes through.
